| 摘 要： | 2004年11月～2009年8月,我科对101例股骨转子间骨折的老年患者采用动力髋螺钉(DHS)、股骨近端髓内钉(PFN)、解剖型钢板、股骨螺旋刀片髓内钉(PFNA)、人工股骨头置换5种方法治疗,笔者比较不同手术方法的临床效果,报道如下.
