| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定速克感冒胶囊中蒙花苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为C18,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(26∶23∶1),检测波长为334nm,流速为1ml/min,柱温为室温,进样量为5μl。结果:蒙花苷进样量在0·12μg~0·60μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,平均回收率为98·57%(RSD=0·65%)。结论:本方法简便可靠、灵敏度高、专属性及重现性好,可用于本品的含量测定及质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of linarin in Sukeganmao capsules.METHO_ DS:The separation was performed on C 18 and the mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(26∶23∶1)with detection wavelength at334nm,flow rate at1.0ml/min and sample size at5μl under room temperature.RESULTS:The linear range of linarin was0.12μg～0.60μg.The average recovery was98.57%(RSD=0.65%).CONCLUSIONS:This method is simple,reliable,sensitive,specific and reproducible,and suitable for the determination and quality control of Sukeganmao capsules. |
