| 摘 要： | 目的 优选并确立金钱草总黄酮的最佳超声提取条件。方法 以金钱草中总黄酮的含量为指标，采用正交实验法对超声提取过程中乙醇的浓度及用量，提取时间及次数4因素进行优选研究。结果 所考察的因素中，影响金钱草总黄酮的提取的显著因素是乙醇的浓度。结论 以总黄酮为考察指标的最优工艺为A2B2C2D1，即用8倍量75％乙醇超声3次，每次45min，其具有收率高、工艺简单、节约时间等特点。

| Abstract: | Objective To winnow and establish the optimal condition for ultrasonic extraction of total flavone from christina loosestrife herb. Methods The content of total flavone in christina loosegtrife herb used as an index and the four factors in the course of ultrasonic extraction such as the concentration and dosage of ethanol, extractive time and frequency were investigated with orthogonal test. Results Among the factors being studied, the concentration of ethanol was a remarkable factor influencing the extraction of total flavone from christina loosetrife herb. Conclusion Inspected with the index of total flavone, the best technique is A2B2C3D, whose characteristics are high harvest, simple technique and economized time. |
