| 摘 要： | 目的 观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合利凡诺中晚期妊娠的效果。方法 选择 2 0 3例终止中、晚期妊娠的对象 ,随机分组 ,观察组 10 0例 ,为米非司酮、米索前列醇加利凡诺羊膜腔注入组 ,对照组 10 3例为利凡诺羊膜注入组。结果 观察组引产成功率 10 0 % ,对照组成功率 91.2 6 % ,两组有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 米非司酮、米索前列醇、利凡诺联合引产效果明显优于利凡诺组 ,减少了毒副作用

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of misoprostol combining with mifeprstone and rivanol on terminating middle-late pregnancy . Methods 203 cases who volunteered to terminate their middle-lade pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group(n =100) : misoprostol combining with mifepristone and rivanol is injected into their utero. Control group( n =103) : only rivanol is injected into utero. Results Observation group is suceessfully terminated preynancy,and it's effective rate is 100% , while control group's effective rate is 91.26%. There are obvious differences between two groups (P < 0.05) . Conclusion Misoprostol combining with mifepristone and rivanol injected into utero was effective in terminating middle-late pregnancy,and it's efficiency is higher than that of rivanol group, and the adverse effects of medicine were reduced. |
