脑卒中的康复治疗

脑卒中病人通过及时的康复训练，可促进相关神经细胞的轴突发芽，形成新的突触，通过反复训练，使这些突触可建立起接近正常功能的新的神经环路网络－－突触链，实现中枢神经功能重新组合，同时抑制异常的低位中枢控制的运动，使其突触链处于受的抑制的多阈值状态，从而改善患侧的功能。因此无论是中枢神经系统还是外周神经系统受损，都可通过轴突发芽，再生方式，使功能得到恢复。我科２７例脑卒中患者的康复治疗，主要是早期康复治

Rehabilitation treatment for brainstorm

In convalescence-treated patients suffered from brainstorm,early convalescence treatment is very important.It is include mental convalescence: walking exercise for hemiplegia; exercise of daily life and convalescence for dysphysia. In patients suffered from brainstorm,early convalescence training canfacilitate related cells axon to germinate and regenerate;and facilitate the function to recover.
