| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨下肢电击伤的修复方法。方法 利用皮片、皮瓣、肌 (皮 )瓣、筋膜皮瓣等各种组织移植修复创面 ,在 3 7例手术中比较各种方法的效果。结果 均经 1次组织移植而获修复 ;2 8例获随访 ,其中 3例游离皮片移植者出现了慢性溃疡 ,余局部皮肤质地好。结论 下肢电击伤的修复首选各种带蒂组织瓣转移

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore a restoring method for electrical injuries. Methods] Transplantation was conducted using skin graft, skin flap, muscular skin flap and fascia skin flap in the operations on 37 cases, the effect of different methods were compared. Results] All the cases were successfully restored through single operation. Among the 28 followed-up cases, 3 cases that received skin graft transplantation were found with chronic ulcer. Conclusion] Transplantation using tissue flap is the first choice in electrical injury restoration. |
