摘    要:目的:评价多序列磁共振成像在脑梗死中的诊断价值。方法:79例发病24h以内急性脑梗死患者行多序列核磁共振扫描,包括T1加权、T2加权、液体衰减反转恢复序列、弥散加权成像、灌注加权成像、核磁共振血管成像等。结果:7例发病患者仅DWI显示病灶,2例患者早期扫描未发现病变,2例MRA提示Moyamoya病诊断,13例患者发病时间小于6h,行PWI检查,经图像后处理6例患者显示PWI>DWI,溶栓治疗。结论:多序列核磁共振成像在脑梗死中的应用,对急性脑梗死的早期诊断、对临床制定治疗方案具有重要价值。

Multi-sequences MR Imaging in Diagnosis of Cerebral Infarction

Abstract:Objective: To determine the value of multi-sequences MRI in diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Methods: Seventy-nine patients with acute cerebral infarction received multi-sequences MRI evaluation, including T2 image, T2 image, flair, DWI, PWI, MRA within 24 hours after the onset. Results.Seven patients only showed lesion in DWI. Two patients were negative in all sequences. Two patients were diagnosed as having moyamoya disease by MRA. Thirteen patients were taken to the emergence room within six hours and received PWI examination. Six of them showed mismatch between PWI and DWI received thrombolysis. Conclusion: Multi-sequences MRI evaluation is of great value in early diagnosing cerebral infarction and formulating treatment plan.
