推拿治疗颈性头痛临床研究述评

目的：分析康复期服刑住院男性精神病人攻击行为发生的特点,提出相应的干预措施.方法：采用自制调查表对70例发生攻击行为的康复期服刑住院精神病人进行调查.结果：发生攻击行为的以青壮年为主,攻击对象以人身攻击财物攻击为主,攻击的原因与住院欠安心、喜闹事、严格的监管制度及犯罪的心理有关,攻击时间17时00分～20时00时为攻击行为高峰期,攻击的特点以结伙为主.结论：加强对服刑住院精神病人的安全管理,加强攻击高发期的护理力量,做好心理护理,提高护理人员的应激能力.
