| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理干预对居家腹膜透析病人依从性的影响研究。方法：选择100例持续性非卧床式腹膜透析病人分为观察组和对照组。观察组出院后每月通过家庭随访进行健康教育。对照组每1～2个月来医院复诊。两年后观察两组病人的自我管理能力。结果：观察组病人的遵医行为优于对照组（P〈0．05），腹膜透析并发症低于对照组。结论：家庭随访可提高病人的遵医行为，增强病人的自我管理能力。

| Abstract: | Objective：Discussion nursing intervenes complies to the home peritoneal dialysis patient the influence research. Methods：Chooses 100 example endurance non-bed type peritoneal dialysis patient to divide into the observation group and the control group. After the observation group out of hospital each month carries on the health education through the family revisit. Control group every 1 - 2 month hospital subsequent visit. After two years observe two group of patient＇s self-control abilities. Results：The observation group patients obey the medical behavior to surpass the control group （P〈0.05） ,the peritoneal dialysis complication is lower than the control group. Conclusion： The family revisit may enhance the patient to obey the medical behavior, strengthens oatient＇s self-control ability. |
