经阴道超声和宫腔镜检查对异常子宫出血病因的诊断价值

目的：探讨经阴道超声（TVS）和宫腔镜（HS）检查在异常子宫出血（AUB）病因诊断中的价值。方法：分析81例异常子宫出血患者的经阴道超声和宫腔镜结果，并与病理检查结果作对比分析。结果：TVS诊断宫内病变的敏感性、特异性分别为95．8％、70．8％，HS分别为100％、93．1％。结论：TVS及HS对AUB病因诊断的敏感性都较高，但HS的特异性明显高于TVS。HS结合直视下活检的病理诊断已成为诊断AUB患者宫内病变的金标准。

Objective：Discussion after vagina supersonic （TVS） and uteroseope （HS） inspection in unusual uterine hemorrhage （AUB） cause of disease diagnosis value. Methods： Analyzes 81 example unusual uterine hemorrhage patient after the vagina supersonic and the uteroscope result,and opposes the score with the pathology inspection result to analyze. Finally：TVS diagnosis palace internal illness changes the sensitivity, the specificity respectively are 95.8%, 70.8%, HS respectively are 100%, 93.1%. Conclusion：TVS and HS are all high to the AUB cause of disease diagnosis sensitivity, but the HS specificity is higher than TVS obviously. Under HS union looking straight ahead the biopsy pathological diagnosis has become diagnoses the golden standard which AUB patient palace internal illness changes.
