介入治疗难治性产后出血16例临床分析

目的：探讨难治性产后出血介入治疗的应用价值。方法：对16例难治性产后出血采用髂内动脉或选择性子宫动脉栓塞术。结果：16例难治性产后出血患者全部栓塞成功。结论：介入治疗难治性产后出血具有手术时间短、创伤小、并发症少、效果确切、保留了年轻女性的生殖器官和生育能力等优点，值得在临床推广应用。
