综合康复法治疗股骨干骨折术后膝关节功能障碍的观察

目的：探讨综合康复法对股骨干骨折术后膝关节功能障碍的治疗作用。方法：采用麻醉后手法松解、持续CMP训练、电刺激和局部按摩法治疗了32例股骨干骨折术后膝关节功能障碍，观察上述综合方法的治疗效果。结果：综合康复法治疗后3周至3个月内膝关节活动功能总的优良率78．13％。结论：综合康复法对股骨干骨折术后行康复治疗，有利于患肢关节功能恢复。
