奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡临床观察

目的：评价奥美拉唑、左氧氟沙星、阿莫西林三联法治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法：40例幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性消化性溃疡患者，随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组20例给予奥美拉唑＋阿莫西林＋左氧氟沙星治疗。对照组给予法莫替丁＋阿莫西林＋左氧氟沙星治疗。结果：治疗组和对照组症溃疡总有效率，Hp根除率分别为96％和82％，96％和86％，两组间差异有显著意义（P〈0．01）。结论：三联疗法是治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡的理想方法之一。
