15例成人肠套叠的CT诊断分析

成人肠套叠较为少见，一般常用胃肠造影或钡灌肠作为一般的检查方法，但有时对最终确诊起到的作用有限，CT是较为理想的补充手段，既能够观察出肠套叠状况，又能对原发肠道病变做诊断。本文分析15例经临床确诊的成人肠套叠的计算机断层扫描（CT）表现，并结合文献对其诊断进行探讨，报道如下。
