目的：找出影响护生实习积极性下降的因素，提出相关措施。方法：在通过对林西县医院院实习护生进行沟通交流以及查阅文献的方法分析实习护生积极性下降因素。结果：影响护生实习积极性下降的主要因素是就业压力大、专业思想薄弱、带教老师缺乏经验。结论：激励实习生积极性、提高教学质量、加强管理、提高就业率可以提高实习生的积极性。
