应用VSD降低小腿软组织损伤创面感染的临床观察和护理

目的：观察脑卒中后康复训练对愈后的影响的临床效果。方法：选择128例脑梗死病人随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组常规治疗，观察组除常规治疗外，给予康复训练程序、日常生活能力评分（ADL）训练。结果：观察组和对照组在神经功能缺损评分比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05），两组病人ADL比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：早期康复治疗能促进脑功能重组，显著改善肢体运动功能及日常生活活动，减轻残疾程度，提高生存质量。

Objective：After the observation apoplexy is restored to health the training to the after influence clinical effect. Methods：Chooses 128 example brain stem dead patient to divide into the observation group and the control group stochastically. The con- trol group convention treatment, the observation group besides the conventional treatment, gives the recovery training procedure, the daily life ability grades the（ADL）training. Results： The observation group and the control group have the significance in the nerve function damage grading comparison difference（P〈0.05）, two group of patient ADL compare the non--statistics significanee（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：The early recovery treatment can promote the brain function reorganization, obviously improves the body movement function and the daily life activity, reduces the disabled degree, improves the survival quality.
