泮托拉唑联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗消化性溃疡的疗效观察

目的：探讨泮托拉唑联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效.方法：观察组给予口服泮托拉唑40mg＋克拉霉素500mg＋阿莫西林1000mg,2次/d,疗程7d.对照组给予枸橼酸铋钾220mg＋克拉霉素500mg＋阿莫西林1000mg,2次/d,疗程7d.一个疗程后观察溃疡愈合、Hp根除及不良反应情况.结果：观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异无显著性意义（P＞0.05）;观察组Hp根除率（94.7%）明显高于对照组根除率（78.9%）,差异具有显著性意义（P＜0.05）;观察组不良反应发生率（7.9%）低于对照组（13.2%）,两组比较无显著性差异（P＞0.05）.结论：泮托拉唑联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡,疗效肯定,安全可靠,毒副作用小,可作为治疗消化性溃疡首选方案进一步推广应用.

Restflts~Observation group total ef- fectiveness is higher than the control group obviously,two group of comparison difference non--significance signifieanee（P〈0.05） ;Ob- servation group Hp eradicates rate（94.7%）is higher than the control group to eradicate obviously rate（78.9%） ,the difference has the significance significance（P〈0.05） ;The observation group responded not good the formation rate（7.9%）is lower than the control group（13. 2 % ）, two groups compares the non--significance difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Divides the request to pull zuo the union carat mildew el- ement, Arab League not Xilin three association therapy treatment digestive ulcer, the curative effect affirmed that, safe reliable, the poisonous side effect is small,may further promote the application as the treatment digestive ulcer first choice plan.
