老年人肺炎的临床分析

目的：分析老年人肺炎的临床特点。方法：综合我院近4年来60岁以上75例的肺炎临床特点及防治等。结果：老年人肺炎常发生在多种慢性疾病的基础上，症状多样且不典型，诊断主要在于提高警惕，胸部x线检查仍为诊断的重要手段，治疗上除应用抗生素外，必须加强全身等综合治疗。结论：老年人肺炎治愈率的关键在于迅速正确的早期诊断和充分合理的治疗。
