手术治疗腹部外伤的临床效果分析

近年来，创伤已逐渐成为社会的一大公害。由于腹部脏器多，当出现腹部损伤时，多数致伤机制复杂，病情严重，给临床诊治带来一定难度，如急救不当常造成严重后果。我院2006年8月-2010年8月共诊治腹部外伤患者140例，分组进行手术治疗和内科治疗，取得较好临床效果，现报告如下。

Because the abdomen internal or- gans are many, when appears the abdomen damage, wounds the mechanism to be complex most, the condition is serious, brings cer- tain difficulty for the clinical diagnosis,if first aid not when often creates the serious results. My courtyard in August,2006 -- Au- gust,2010 altogether diagnoses the abdomen flesh wound patient 140 examples, the grouping carries on the surgery treatment and the internal medicine department treats,obtains the good clinical effect,presently renorts as follows.
