| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the conflicts and perplexities now confronting clinical teaching in China from the visual angle of human rights. It also discusses the methods towards the legalized and humanitarian clinical teaching reform based on the guarantee of and respectability for the human rights, helps popularize social responsibilities and participation awareness of health service and promote healthy development of medical education. |
