Using the reduction annulus praeputialis in the circumcision

Objective To study the effects of using the reduction annulus praeputialis in the circumcision.Method Divided 220 patients with redundant prepuce into the experimental group(110 cases) and the control group(110 cases).The reduction annulus praeputialis was used in the experimental group,traditional operation was used in the control.Compare the curative effects between the two groups.Results The operation time in the experimental group was shorter than that of in the control group,P<0.01.The incidence rates of postoperative pain and the swell were significant higher in the control group than those of in the experimental group,P<0.05.Conclusion Using the reduction annulus praeputialis in the circumcision is safety and better than the traditional operation.
