| 摘 要： | 目的 评价阴道镜检查对宫颈上皮内瘤变的诊断价值。方法 对病理活检证实为宫颈上皮内瘤变的患者267例进行分析。结果阴道镜检查诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变的灵敏度88．8％，细胞学检查诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变的灵敏度65．2％，阴道镜联合细胞学检查诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变的灵敏度98．1％、三者间灵敏度两两比较．差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论 阴道镜检查对早期发现宫颈上皮内瘤变有重要价值，联合细胞学检查可提高诊断的准确率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of colposcopy examination in the diagnosis of cervical intraep- ithelial ncoplasia(CIN).Methods 267 patients suffered were analyzed CIN diagnosed by pathological biopsy.Re- sults Using colposcopy,cytological examination or colposcopy combinated with cytological examination,the sensitiv- ity of diagnosing CIN were 88.8 %,65.2 % and 98.1% respectively.There were statisticall differences in the sensi- tivity of diagnosing with these three methods(P<0.01).Conclusion Colposcopy examination is important to diag- nose CIN earlier.Colposcopy combinated with cytological examination could enhance the accuracy rate of diagnosis. |
