| 摘 要： | 采用正交试验以HPLC测得的灯盏花乙素含量为考察指标，对灯盏细辛的提取条件进行优选。结果显示用15倍于药材重量的60％乙醇回流提取2次，每次40min的工艺条件为佳。

| Abstract: | The process was optimized on basis of extract yield of scutellarein 7 O glucuronide by content orthogonal design. The best condition is presented as follows: the pulverized Erigeron breviscapus was extracted with 15 fold of its weight of 60% alcohol for two times and 40 min each time. |
