摘    要:目的研究参芪扶正注射液体内外对肝癌H22细胞的抑制作用及其机制。方法 MTT法检测参芪扶正注射液体外对H22细胞增殖的影响;利用H22小鼠模型进行体内抗肿瘤作用试验,计算抑瘤率;酶联免疫ELISA法测荷瘤小鼠血清IFN-γ含量;双抗体夹心ABC-ELSA法测荷瘤小鼠血清TNF-α的含量。结果参芪扶正注射液体内外均能抑制H22细胞的生长,具有浓度和时间依赖性;促进荷瘤小鼠血清中IFN-γ和TNF-α的表达。结论参芪扶正注射液体内外均能抑制肝癌H22的生长,其抗肿瘤作用与调节荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the inhibition effect and mechanism on H22 of Shenqifuzheng injection.Methods MTT was performed to observe the proliferation of H22 cell in vitro;then anticancer experiment in vivo was done by H22 mice model,inhibitory rate was calculated;the serum content of IFN-γ was measured by ELISA assay;the content of TNF-α by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Shenqifuzheng injection inhibited the proliferation of H22 cells in a concentration and timedependent manner,promoted the expression of IFN-γ and TNF-α in the serum of tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion Shenqifuzheng injection can inhibit the growth of H22 in vitro and in vivo,the anti-tumor effect related with the immune function of tumor-bearing mice improved.
