氟比洛芬酯复合丙泊酚静脉全麻用于无痛人流手术的安全性和有效性

目的探讨氟比洛芬酯复合丙泊酚静脉全麻用于无痛人流手术的安全性和有效性。方法将128例拟行无痛人流手术患者随机分为芬太尼组及氟比洛芬酯组,两组分别行芬太尼复合丙泊酚及氟比洛芬酯复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉。比较两组麻醉诱导前(T0)、意识消失时(T1)、扩宫结束时(T2)及苏醒时(T3)的血流动力学改变、术中丙泊酚用量、诱导时间、唤醒时间、VAS评分及不良反应发生率。结果氟比洛芬酯组T1、T2时点平均动脉压(MAP)及心率(HR)显著优于芬太尼组(P<0.05);氟比洛芬酯组唤醒时间显著早于芬太尼组(P<0.05);两组丙泊酚用量、诱导时间、VAS评分及不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯复合丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产术可有效维持血流动力学稳定,麻醉效果好,且安全性较高。

Safety and efficacy of flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol in patients undergoing painless artificial abortion

Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol in patients undergoing painless artificial abortion. Methods 128 cases scheduled for painless artificial abortion were randomly divided into 2 groups. Fentanyl group and flurbiprofen axetil group were given propofol combined with fentanyl and propofol combined with flurbiprofen axetil intravenous anesthia respectively. Hemodynamics indexes, the dose of propofol,induction time, the time of patients awaken, VAS scores and adverse reactions were recorded before anesthesia inducement（T0） ,at loss of consciousness（T1） ,after dilating cervix uteri（T2） and awaking（T3）. Results MAP and HR at TI and T2 of flurbiprofen axetil group were superior to those of fentanyl group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ;The time of patients awaken in flurbiprofen axetil group was much earlier than that of fentanly group（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;There was no significant difference in the dose of propofol, induction time, VAS scores and adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol for patients undergoing painless artificial abortion can sustain the stable hemodynamics with good anesthetic effect and less adverse rate.
