布地奈德福莫特罗吸入联合过敏原特异性免疫疗法治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效

目的研究布地奈德福莫特罗吸入联合过敏原特异性免疫疗法治疗过敏性哮喘的临床疗效及对患者炎性反应指标的影响。方法选取我院2011-2012年收治的70例哮喘患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各35例,同期来院体检的健康人35例作为健康组;两组患者均接受对症治疗及布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂治疗,实验组在此基础上进行过敏原特异性免疫治疗,抽取三组受检者静脉血,检测INF-γ、IL-4、IL-10、IgE、IgG等水平,比较三组各指标水平及临床治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率为97.1%,对照组为77.1%,实验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血清IL-4显著高于健康组,而IL-10、IFN-γ显著低于健康组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者IL-4降低,而IFN-γ、IL-10升高(P<0.05),且治疗组IL-4显著低于对照组,而IFN-γ、IL-10显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者IgE、IgG1显著高于健康组,IgG2α均显著低于健康组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者3项指标均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且实验组IgE、IgG1水平低于对照组,而IgG2α水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德福莫特罗吸入联合过敏原特异性免疫疗法能更有效地改善免疫激活失调状态,抑制过敏反应病理过程,治疗哮喘疗效显著。

Effect of budesonide and formoterol fumarate inhalation combined with hyposensitization therapy on allergic asthma

Objective To study the effect of budesonide and formoterol fumarate inhalation combined with hyposensitization therapy on allergic asthma and inflammatory factors level. Methods 70 cases of asthma patients during 2011- 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,35 cases in each group,and 35 healthy people as healthy group. The patients all accepted symptomatic treatment and budesonide and formoterol fumarate inhalation,while the experimental group accept hyposensitization therapy in addition. The venous blood of 3 groups were collected and the level of INF-γ,IL-4,IL-10,IgE,IgG were tested. The result of blood tests and treatment effectiveness were observed and compared. Results The experimental group had a significant higher effective rate（ 97. 1%） than control group（ 77.1%）（ P 0.05）. The asthma patients had higher IL-4 level and lower IL-10,IFN-γ level than healthy group before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Both groups had decreasing IL-4 level and increasing IL-10,IFN-γ level after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the experimental group had a lower IL-4 level and higher IL-10,IFN-γ level than control group after treatment（ P 0.05）. Both groups had higher IgE,IgG1 level and lower IgG2α level than healthy group before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. And both groups improved in immunoglobin level during the treatment（ P〈0. 05）,while the experimental group had a lower IgE,IgG1 level and higher IgG2α level than control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Budesonide and formoterol fumarate inhalation combined with hyposensitization therapy can balance immune disproportion condition and inhibit allergy,and has better effectiveness on asthma.
