丹参多酚酸盐对老年不稳定型心绞痛患者血液流变学及内皮功能的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨丹参多酚酸盐对老年不稳定型心绞痛患者血液流变学及内皮功能的影响.方法 将我院收治的老年不稳定型心绞痛患者84例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例,两组均给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予丹参多酚酸盐注射液200 mg/d,静脉滴注,疗程为2周.治疗前后测定患者血液流变学、血清一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)水平.结果 观察组总有效率为95.24%,对照组总有效率为80.95%.治疗后两组全血低切粘度、全血中切粘度、全血高切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数均有所降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),观察组上述指标明显优于对照组(P〈0.05).治疗前两组血清NO与ET水平比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),治疗后两组患者血清NO明显升高,ET水平明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),观察组上述指标改善明显优于对照组(P〈0.05).结论 丹参多酚酸盐可以有效地改善老年不稳定型心绞痛患者血液流变学和血管内皮功能,提高治疗效果.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza phenolic acid salt on the blood rheology and the endothelial function in elderly patients with unstable angina. Methods 84 elderly patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 patients in each group. All the patients received conventional treatment, the patients in observation group were additionally given a two-week salvianolate injection 200 mg/d intravenously. The patient's blood rheology, serum nitric oxide (NO) , endothelin (ET) levels before and af- ter treatment were determined. Results The total effective rate in observation group and control group were 95.24% and 80. 95 %. After treatment, whole blood low shear viscosity, whole blood viscosity, whole blood high shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and red blood cell aggregation index were significant decreased in the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , there were significant differences between the two groups( P 〈 0. 05 ). No significant difference in levels of NO and ET was detected between the two groups before treatment ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The level of NO was increased and ET was decreased significantly after treatment, and the above indexes in observation group were better than those of control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza phenolic acid salt can effectively improve the blood rheology and vascular en- dothelial function of elderly patients with unstable angina, and increase the therapeutic effect.
