弥散加权成像对短暂性脑缺血发作的预后影响分析

目的观察弥散加权成像对短暂性脑缺血发作预后的影响。方法入选我院2008～2009年TIA发作的患者248例,依据ABCD2量表评分分组,跟踪随访9个月。观察卒中发生率。结果高危组弥散加权成像阳性患者,90天内发生脑卒中概率明显高于对照组。结论多种因素导致短暂性脑缺血发作患者预后差,重视患者临床特征同时,积极行MRI检查,及早干预危险因素能够改变患者预后。

Prognostic evaluation in transient ischemic attack on DWI

Objective To analyse the prognostic factors of transient ischemic attack on DWI. Methods The data of 248 patients with transient ischemic attack during 2008-2009 were divided into two groups denpending on the ABCD2 score,following up ninty days,to analyse the risk of ischemic stroke. Results The probability of ischemic attack is higher in high risk group with TWI posivity than low risk group.Conclusions Many factors were attributived to the worse prognostic of transient ischemic attack. We should pay attention to clinic factors and DWI method of transient ischemic attack,changed better the prognostic of ischemic attack.
