Abstract: | Results of surgical treatment of 381 patients with cancer of biliopancreatoduodenal zone associated with obstructive jaundice were analyzed. Mean level of bilirubinemia was 182 +/- 12 mcmol/l. Cholecystoanastomosis was created in the majority of cases (51.4%). Radical surgery was carried out in 31 patients. Postoperative complications were seen in 155 (41%) patients. Renal-hepatic failure (28.1%) and purulent-septic complications (25.2%) were dominant. Lethality after radical operations was 12.9%, after palliative--15.7%. Inhibiting effect of autoplasma on phagocytosis and decrease of phagocytosis indexes 1.5-2 times are the risk factors of postoperative purulent-septic complications development. Discrete plasmapheresis reduces of postoperative purulent-septic complications rate. |
