目的    探讨舌下腺恶性肿瘤的发病情况、病理特征、治疗方式及疗效特点。方法    对1979—2010年中国医科大学附属口腔医院及中国医科大学附属第一医院收治的34例经病理确诊的舌下腺恶性肿瘤病例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果    34例舌下腺恶性肿瘤患者中，男15例，女19例；年龄20～86岁，平均52.12岁；40～60岁年龄段为22例（64.71%）；病理类型中腺样囊性癌居首位（70.59%）；治疗方式主要是局部扩大切除+颈淋巴结清扫术；3、5、10年存活率分别为82.35%、76.47%、47.06%。结论    舌下腺恶性肿瘤女性患者发病率略高于男性；腺样囊性癌和黏液表皮样癌是舌下腺常见的恶性肿瘤；首次正确选择术式，且术后辅助放化疗是降低复发和转移的主要因素。

Malignant sublingual salivary gland tumors:a clinical analysis of 34 cases

Objective To retrospectively assess the morbidity,pathological features and therapeutic efficacy of malignant sublingual salivary gland tumors. Methods A total of 34 hospitalized cases of malignant sublingual salivary gland tumors which were definited by pathology were obtained from School of Stomatology ,China Medical University from 1979-2010. Results 34 patients of malignant sublingual gland tumors,15 males,19 females;aged 20 to 86 years,average age was 52.12 years. Adenoid cystic carcinoma was the major pathological type of malignant sublingual salivary gland,accounting for 70.59%. Extended resection and neck dissection was the main surgery treatment option. By statistical analysis,the 3,5,10-year,survival rates was 82.35%、76.47% and 47.06% respectively; Conclusion The incidence of female is a little higher than male; Adenoid cystic carcinoma and mucoepidermoid carcinoma are the most common type of malignant sublingual salivary gland tumors. The reasonable first operation combined with chemoradiotherapy after surgery is the main factor to reduce the rate of recurrence and metastasis.
