上海市护理人力资源配置现状伦理分析

摘    要:通过调查收集上海市34所各级医院护理人员现状,反映目前上海市护理人力资源配置的基本情况。调查结果经统计学处理显示,目前上海市护理人员配置数量不足,学历、职称结构偏低,年龄结构较轻,以女性护士为主。通过对护士配置现状的公平性、服务的可及性和结构合理性的分析,为政府部门提出建议。

Abstract:This article collects data of nursing staff from 34 hospitals in Shanghai by on-spot interview which could reflects the current situation of nursing human resource allocation there.The result shows a shortage of nurse staff'.Most of them are female and youthful,with lower diploma and lower job title.By analyzing the equity of allocation,the accessibility of health service and the rationality of staff structure,we give some advices that the government should allocate the nursing human resource rationally to insure the quality of nursing care and maintain the stableness of nursing staff team.
