基层医院血管损伤诊治策略探析

目的探讨基层医院血管损伤的诊治策略。方法对血管损伤患者10例的治疗过程进行回顾性分析。结果本组10患者中，转院3例，术后治愈出院3例，因锐器或医源性损伤致失血性休克、最终死亡3例，因血栓形成致截肢1例。结论基层医院对四肢血管损伤的救治成功率不断提高，但对于颈部及腹盆腔大血管损伤的处理仍有一定困难，还需不断总结。

Analysis on diagnosis and treatment of vascular injury in primary hospital

Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of vascular ＂injury in primary hospital. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment course of 10 cases patients with vascular injury. Results Among 10 cases patients ,transferred to other hospital 3 cases ,cured and discharged 3 cases ,resulted in hemorrhagic shock and ultimately dead because of sharp and iatragenic injury 3cases, resulted in amputation because of thrombosis 1 cases. Conclusion The treat- ment success rate of vascular injury of limbs in primary hospital increases, but there are still some difficulties for the treatment of neck and belly pelvic abdominal vascular iniury, and need summary constantly.
