米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法将78例围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组各39例。观察组给予米非司酮口服治疗;对照组给予黄体酮治疗。比较2组临床疗效并观察2组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)等指标变化情况。结果观察组总有效率为94.9%高于对照组的79.5%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗后,观察组FSH、E。LH、P水平及对照组E:、LH、P水平均优于治疗前,且观察组LH、P水平改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone in dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perim- enopaysal period. Methods 78 cases patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perimenopeysal period were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 39 cases. Observation group were given oral mifepristone, and control group were given progesterone. The clinical efficacy was observed and the FSH,E2 ,LH and P changes of two groups were com- pared. Results The total effective rate in observation group(94.9% )was higher than that of control group(79.5% ) ;After treatment, FSH, E2, LH and P of observation group and E2, LH, P of control group was better than before treament, and LH, P of observation group was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The clinical effect of mifepristone in dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perimenopaysal period is definite, and worthy of clin- ical application.
