牛带绦虫六钩蚴经静脉感染小牛的观察

目的：探讨以牛带绦虫六钩蚴悬液经静脉注射使小牛感染牛囊尾蚴方法的可重复性及相关注意事项。方法：分别以宿主刚排出和排出体外放置2周后的孕节虫卵经人工肠液孵出六钩蚴，静脉注射于小牛，牛体感染4个月后剖检。结果：在宿主体外发育2周后的虫卵六钩蚴易使小牛感染牛囊尾蚴。结论：经静脉接种六钩蚴使小牛感染牛囊尾蚴的方法可行，应选择发育成熟的虫卵进行孵化，即只有发育完全的六钩蚴才能在中间宿主体内发育为牛囊尾蚴。

Study on inoculating calves with the onchospheres of taenia saginata via vein

Objective: To study the possibility of a method of infecting cysticercus bovis via injection of vein and the problems interrelated with this method. Methods: The 2 groups of eggs of taenia saginata gravid proglottids were selected, one group was out of host 2 weeks, another was out of host just a moment. The eggs were hatched with artificial hatching fluid, and the hatching out onchospheres were inoculated to calves via vein respectively. The calves were cut after 4 months and the cysticercuses bovis were examined. Results: The onchospheres of the eggs of taenia saginata gravid proglottids, which developed outside about 2 weeks, grew into cysticercuses bovis significantly more easily than that out of host just a moment.Conclusion: For successful infecting calves with cysticercuses bovis via injection of vein, mature egg of onchospheres should be chose. The eggs developed outside about 2 weeks is better.
