| 摘 要： | 通过比较观察不同强度的经皮神经电刺激对慢性单发性关节炎症痛的疗效，借以寻找较适宜的ＴＥＮＳ治疗强度。结果：刺强度强影响多次ＴＥＮＳ治疗慢性痛的效果。在每周１次 周２次治疗的安排下，３种刺激强度的疗效进行比较，发现：多次ＴＥＮＳ治疗慢性炎症痛时，较弱刺激的疗效较好。 |

| Abstract: | The aim of the present study was to find the appropriate intensities of transcutaneus electrical nerve stimulation(TENS) for the treatment of the chronic monoarthritis inflarmmatory pain via comparison of their therapeutic effects.Results indicated that the stimulative intensity can influence the therapeutic effect of repeated TENS on chronic pain.when the TENS treatment,once a week and twice a week,was applied and the therapeutic effects of 3 stimulative intensities were compared,it was found that when repeated TENS was applied for treatment of chronic inflammatory pain,weaker stimulative intensity had a better result. |
