| Abstract: | Primary lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of the esophagus is exceedingly rare. Without special clinical features,its diagnosis always depends on biopsy. The histopathologic features of LELC show poorly differentiated or undifferentiated carcinomas with lymphoid stroma. It might have a satisfactory prognosis if a radical surgery is performed. |
