| 摘 要： | 经88例健康飞行学员和110例健康飞行人员的心血管反射机能检查,得出六项指标的正常值。其中卧立30/15比值与血压差相关显著(r=0.272,P<0.05);蹲立30/15比值与血压差相关非常显著(r=0.596,P<0.01),提示蹲立试验比卧立试验对判断心血管植物神经机能可能更为敏感。

| Abstract: | The function of cardiovascular reflex was examined in 110 male flying cadets (17-19 years old) and in 88 male aircrew (20-40 year old). The normal values of six indices of cardiovascular reflex function was established. There was significant correlation (r - 0.272p<0.05) between the 30:15 ratio and the differfnce of systlic blood pressure taken in supine and upright positions, and a much greater significant correlation (r = 0.59G p<0.01) between the 30:55 ratio and the difference of systlic blood pressure taken in squat and upright positions, which suggest that the test in squat and upright positions is more sensitive for the assessment of the cardiovascular autonomic function than that in supine and upright positions. |
