血管内神经外科治疗颅内动脉瘤及动静脉畸形

目的　观察血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤及脑动静脉畸形 (AVM)的效果。　方法　栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤 6例 ,脑AVM 8例。　结果　 6例动脉瘤中 4例栓塞成功 ,2例未成功 ;8例脑AVM中 ,完全闭塞 3例 ,部分闭塞 5例 (其中 3例栓塞 75 %以上 ,2例 75 %以下 )。 14例栓塞治疗后无死亡及永久性并发症。　结论　颅内动脉瘤及脑AVM的栓塞治疗 ,是目前比较理想的治疗方法。

Endovascular neurosurgery of intracranial aneurysms and arterio-venous malformations

Objective To evaluate the effects of endovascular embolization of intracranial aneurysms and cerebral arteriovenous malformation (AVM). Methods From January, 1996 to June, 1999, 6 patients with intracranial aneurysms and 8 cases with cerebral AVM were treated with endovascular embolism. Results Neither death nor permanent complications occurred in treated group. 1 patient with intracranial aneurysm suffered transient complication after embolization, but recovered on the day after endovascular and medical treatment. 4 of 6 patients with intracranial aneurysms were successful in angiography; complete embolization was achieved in 3 of 8 patients with brain AVM, partial embolization in 5 cases (>75% in 3 cases, <75% in 2 cases). Conclusion Endovascular embolization for intracranial aneurysms and brain AVM is a better alternative, but the long-term effect should be verified by follow-up in future.
