疏肝健脾消脂汤治疗脂肪肝38例观察

目的:观察疏肝健脾消脂汤治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将治疗组38例用疏肝健脾消脂汤治疗,对照组37例用辛伐他丁治疗,治疗3个月。结果:总有效率治疗组89.5%、对照组70.3%,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。治疗组ALT、TG治疗后明显下降,HDL-C明显升高,与对照组比较有显著差异(P0.01,P0.05)。治疗组不良反应较对照组低(P0.01)。结论:疏肝健脾消脂汤治疗脂肪肝效果较好。

Observation on 38 Cases of Fatty Liver Treated by Shugan Jianpi Xiaozhi Decoction

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on fatty liver treated by Shugan Jianpi Xiaozhi Decoction.Method：38 cases were treated with Shugan Jianpi Xiaozhi Decoction as the study group while 37 cases were treated with simvastatin as the control group.They were treated for 3 months totally.Result：The total effective rate of the study group was 89.5% while that of the control group was 70.3%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.After treatment,ALT and TG decreased obviously and HDL-C increased obviously in the study group.There was statistical significance as compared with that of the control group（P0.01,P0.05）.The adverse reaction of the study group was less than that of the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Shugan Jianpi Xiaozhi Decoction has good effect on fatty liver.
