| 摘 要： | 为了探讨中药舒胆汤治疗胆石症的作用机理,本文对40例胆石症术后病人服药前后T管引流胆汁进行了有形成分生化定量分析.结果表明:服舒胆汤后胆汁流量及胆酸含量明显增加,而胆汁中UCB,UCB%及钙含量呈逐渐下降趋势,胆汁pH、磷脂及胆固醇均无明显变化.提示舒胆汤不仅能增加胆汁的分泌和排泄,还能调整胆汁中各有形成分之间的比例,治疗和预防胆石症.

| Abstract: | In order to explore the mechanism of Decoction for Dispersing Stagnant Gallbladder-qi(DDSG) for treating cholelithiasis, biochemical quantitative analysis of the bile was conducted in 40 patients with T-tube drainage before and after the administration of DDSG. The result showed that the flow of bile and the content of bile acid increased significantly, but UCB, UCB% and calcium content decreased progressively, and PH, PL and Ch did not change significantly. This indicates that DDSG can not only increase the secretion and excretion of bile, but regulate the proportion of bile composition, so that it is applicable to the treatment and prevention of cholelithiasis. |
