| 摘 要： | 针对目前医学科研档案管理中存在的问题 ,从转变观念 ,领导重视 ;落实完备的档案管理组织 ,加强各项档案制度的实施 ;加强医学科研档案的数字化建设和档案管理队伍的建设 ;采取“四同步”的管理方法这四个方面阐述了如何确保医学科研档案的完整、准确、系统、安全 ,以利于开发应用。

| Abstract: | To counter the current existing problems in the management of medical research records, the writer described four aspects in how to ensure the medical research records to be intact, accurate, systematic and secure for the future application and development: to change one's sense of responsibility; to strengthen and implement the system in record administration; to strengthen the management team and record digitalization; to adopt Four Synchronization method of management. |
