| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎时心肌酶的变化。方法：对82例确诊为轮状病毒肠炎患儿采取静脉血测定血清心肌酶水平。结果：观察组心肌酶含量明显高于对照组（P〈0.001）,磷酸激酶同工酶异常率为39.02%,高于正常值（P〈0.005）,天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶59.75%,高于正常值（P〈0.005）。结论：小儿轮状病毒肠炎可引起心肌酶的变化,治疗的同时注意心肌保护。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the changes of myocardial enzyme in infants with rotavirus diarrhea. Methods:The levels of myocardial enzyme of 82 infants with rotavirus diarrhea was measured.Results:The myocardial enzyme of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The abnormal rate of CK-MB was39.02%,which was higher than normal value(P<0.005);AST was 59.75%,which was also higher than normal value(P<0.005). Conclusion:Rotavirus diarrhea in infants may cause the changes of serum myocardial enzyme,so it is important to prevent heart damage,in the treatment of rotavirus diarrhea.in infants. |
