| 摘 要： | 目的:观察负压封闭引流技术(VSD)在难治性压疮治疗中的作用。方法:对31例患有压疮合并感染及糖尿病的患者首先采用有效清创及VSD治疗,直至创面肉芽组织生长良好后,行游离中厚皮片移植修复,继续VSD敷料覆盖,持续负压吸引,8天后观察植皮成活情况。结果:31例患者经1～3次更换敷料,创面肉芽即生长新鲜,行游离植皮修复创面,其中2例边缘有少量坏死,余全部存活。结论:VSD能够充分引流创面坏死物质及渗液,控制感染,促进难治性压疮创面的愈合,操作简单,护理方便,疗程缩短,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observate the effection of VacuumSealing Draina(VSD) in refractory pressure ulcers treatment.Methods:In 31 patients suffering from pressure ulcers complicated with infection and diabetes by effective debridement and VSD treatment,until the wound granulation tissue growth is healthy,free medium thickness skin graft with VSD,continuous negative pressure suction,to observate the survival situation in 8 days of skin graft.Results: It shows that the VSD Group has a more satisfactory statistics meaning in efficiency than the Normal Group.Conclusions: VacuumSealing Draina(VSD) can promoting refractory pressure ulcer healing by fully drainage and control infection with simple operation,convenient nursing,shorten,It is worthy to be carry out. |
