不同抗精神病药物维持治疗精神分裂症两年观察

目的:探讨不同抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症的远期疗效,不良反应及作用特点。方法:选取本院经治疗后病情稳定患者,分为利培酮组39例,富马酸喹硫平组31例,盐酸氯丙嗪组30例,药物治疗剂量可由经治医师进行适当调整,并于入组时、1年末、2年末应用阴性阳性精神症状量表(PANSS),住院精神病人社会功能筛选表、副反应量表(TESS)进行评估。结果:2年末时,利培酮组、喹硫平组和氯丙嗪组复发率分别为:2例(5.13%)、2例(6.66%)、6例(20%)。利培酮组,喹硫平组PANSSl量表减分明显,而氯丙嗪组甚至出现恶化趋势。结论:新型抗精神病药物的远期疗效显著优于传统药物盐酸氯丙嗪,能够更好的改善精神分裂症康复期患者的各类残留症状,有利于全程治疗。

The two gears observalion of different antipsychotic drug treatment of patients with schizophrenia

Objective:to explore the different antipsychotic medication to explore the effect of schizophrenia,side effects and function characteristics.Methods:select our hospital in stable condition after therapy,patients,divided into risperidone groups 39 cases,with quetiapine(31 cases),hydrochloric acid chlorpromazine group of 30 cases,drug treatment by the physician to doses can adjust,and in the group,the end of a,the end of two positive spirit application negative symptoms scale(PANSS),hospital mental patient social function screening list,side effects scale(TESS) for the evaluation.Results: The end of the two,risperidone groups,quetiapine group and chlorpromazine group the recurrence rate respectively is: 2 cases(5.13%) were 2 cases(6.66%) 6 cases(20%).Risperidone groups,quetiapine group PANSSl scale minus points clear,and chlorpromazine group appear even worse.Conclusions: the new antipsychotic medications to explore the effect of drugs significantly better than traditional hydrochloric acid chlorpromazine,can better improvement in patients with schizophrenia and rehabilitation of all kinds of residual symptoms,be helpful for the treatment.
