| 摘 要： | 中国学术界和实务界对公立医院法人治理问题进行了较有价值的研究和探讨。文章从公立医院法人治理结构的界定、对其他国家和地区公立医院法人治理结构的研究、国内试点公立医院法人治理结构研究及建议等方面对中国相关研究文献进行了系统的梳理,指出了中国当前公立医院法人治理结构研究的问题,指出了有关研究应完善的方向。
