摘    要:
目的:探索体脂分布与骨密度的相关性。方法:选择2011年7月至2012年1月入我科门诊健康体检患者,按性别、骨密度分为不同的亚组,即男性骨密度正常组(39例)、骨量减少组(34例)、骨质疏松组(34例);女性骨密度正常组(45例)、骨量减少组(44例)、骨质疏松组(47例)。比较两组体脂分布是否存在差异。结果:男女两组各亚组体重、BMI差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),男性各亚组腰围差异也存在统计学意义。将骨密度与体脂分布参数进行多元逐步回归分析提示,男女骨密度与体重呈正相关。结论:增加体重利于骨密度的保持,过度降低体重可能给骨密度带来不利影响。

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the correlation of bone mineral density(BMD) and the distribution of body fat.Clinical service patients from July 2011 to January 2012 were recruited in our study.They were divided into six groups: including normal BMD(mNB)(39 cases),lower BMD(mLB)(34 cases),osteoporosis(mOP)(34 cases) in males and normal BMD(fNB)(45 cases),lower BMD(fLB)(44 cases),osteoporosis(fOP)(47 cases) in females.The differences of distribution of body fat such as weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WC),hip and waist hip ratio(WHR) has been compared.Results: Weight and BMI were significantly different in both males and females(P<0.05).WC was also determined higher in mNB than that in mOP.Conclusion: Increasing weight appropriately may benefit BMD.
