雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的多中心临床观察

目的观察雷贝拉唑(波利特)治疗消化性溃疡在较大规模人群中短期应用的临床疗效,单独和联合用药的安全性。方法组织安徽省9家医院,采用多中心、开放的试验方法。观察经胃镜检查诊断的消化性溃疡患者,服用雷贝拉唑片,1次/d,共7天。分别于用药前1天、用药后第1、2、5、7天记录患者上腹痛、上腹烧灼感、反酸症状改善情况及不良反应。结果试验共完成1021病例。雷贝拉唑治疗后第1天后上腹痛、反酸、烧心症状明显改善,有效缓解率分别达到78.7%、75.6%、74.7%。第7天总体症状消失率和有效缓解率分别达到96.5%、99.9%。在1021例的患者中只有36例出现轻度不良反应,发生率3.5%。结论雷贝拉唑能够迅速有效缓解消化性溃疡的症状并且有很好的安全性。

A clinical trial of rebeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer

Objective To assesses the efficacy and safety of rebeprazole in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods An open multi-center clinical trial.Patients of peptic ulcer identified by endoscopies from 10 hospitals on Anhui province.They were given rebeprazole 10 mg/d×6 days.Recorded their symptoms and side effects everyday during the therapy.Results 1021 patients were completed the whole trial.The epigastric pain,acid regurgitation and heart burn relief rate were 78.7%,75.6% and 74.7% in patients of peptic ulcer respectively.Total efficiency rate and the rate of completed remission were 99.9%,96.5% in the 7th.36 patient (3.5%) developed mild side during the therapy.Conclusion Rebeprazole has excellent therapeutic effects on peptic ulcer patients associated symptoms and it is safe.[
