| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血小板抗体检测方法及其配型的应用与血小板输注疗效的关系。方法：采用血小板血清学方法到定抗体及血小板配型。结果：对10例血液病血小板无效输注患者进行血小板配型输注，其有效率为88％。结论：血小板无效输注的患者采用血小板抗体检到及配型输注，对提高血小板输注疗效是非常重要的措施。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the relationship between the determination of platelet antibodies with crossmatch types and effectiveness of platelet transfusion. Methods:Using SEPSA test and platelet crossmatching approach to screen compatible platelet. Results:The effectiveness of transfusion was determined from the posttransfusion CCI at 1 hour in 10 patients with hematologic disease, the effect rate was 88%. Conclusions:The platelet antibody screening and platelet crossmatching approach can be used to improve the effectiveness of platelet transfusion in patients with hematologic disease. |
