摘    要:目的探讨部分脱蛋白骨的细胞相容性 . 方法将猪肋骨用理化方法制得部分脱蛋白骨 ( PDB) , 检测其性能后 , 与成骨细胞体外复合培养 , 了解细胞相容性及细胞毒性 . 结果 PDB的主要成份为羟基磷灰石 , 蛋白质含量仅有原骨组织的 1/5, 具有原骨组织的网状孔隙结构系统 , 原骨组织骨盐支架的三维多孔结构存在 , 对人胚骨膜成骨细胞的形态特征、细胞周期、倍体水平无有害影响 . 结论 PDB具有原骨组织的网状孔隙结构系统 , 良好的细胞相容性 .

Abstract:Objective To study the cellular compatibility of partially deproteinised bone.Method Partially deproteinised bone was processed by physical and chemical methods with pig ribs and its properties were examined,Then its cellular compatibility and cytotoxicity were examined by osteoblasts culture in vitro.Result The main ingredients of PDB was hydroxyapatite,its protein was only on fifth,and it had natural pore system which possessed pore network system of original bone.It has no bad affect on cell feature and cell cycle of human embryonic periosteal-derived osteoblasts composited with PDB.Conclusion PDB possessed original bone natural pore system and well cellular compatibility,and it could be used as scalfolds of osteoblasts.
