| 摘 要： | 检测了26例(26只眼)伴有黄斑水肿的视网膜静脉阻塞患者的P-VEP,发现患眼潜时较健眼明显延长,振幅下降,其潜时延长与视力下降和黄斑水肿的程度有关。P-VEP检查可以推测本病的视力预后。 |

| Abstract: | The visual evoked potential was tested in 26 patients with unilateral retinal vein occlusion and macular edema. The latency of the P_1 wave in the morbid eye was longer than that in the unaffected eye, and the wave amplitude was also reduce (P<0. 01). The latency increase was correlated with the severity of visual acuity impairment and macular edema, and visual prognosis was better in cases where the latency difference between both eyes was under 10 ms than otherwise. |
